Rooted Robotics takes the next step in the advancement of germination technology creating modular and mobile systems that precisely maintain environmental conditions for all crop varieties and manage the crop cycles autonomously.
Although the maturation growth stage is one of the more passive steps in the process it requires some of the most skilled labor in the grow cycle on the front and back ends. Manual operations get more costly and respectively more dangerous the more vertical we go, and up we must go. Rooted Robotics grow systems are integrated with extremely affordable robotics that monitor plants and can perform all transplant operations, from freshly germinated to ready to harvest.
The delicacy of nearly every plant makes the harvesting stage the most time intensive and complicated step. Operators spend a lot of their time making sure plants are harvested properly and at the right time. Rooted Robotics harvesters are designed using some of the most basic and core principles of engineering and horticulture. The end product is our highly reliable, repeatable, and budget friendly automated harvesting line.
Rooted Robotics also develops low cost plug popping and tray cleaning automation solutions. Trays are cleaned and sterilized and are then stored to be pulled into production for future grows.
